Wheel Defect Prevention Research Consortium

Mission: Create a consortium of interested parties to fund research to determine the actions, events, and mechanisms that initiate wheel damage that leads to high-impact wheels as detected by wheel impact load detectors, and to identify remedies to those initiating actions, events, or mechanisms.
